Returns & Refunds
There is the possibility of a return or an exchange.
Please notify us first and return the goods within 14 days of receiving the product.
In the event of a return, you will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the product.
For the return or the exchange we charge a fee of 1.50 EUR.
Shipping Information
We offer standard DPD shipping within Germany.
The delivery time is approx. 3-5 working days.
Please allow 1-2 working days for the order to be processed.
We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
The shipping costs depend on the product and are automatically included in the price after the order has been placed.
